Dragon Terrace Phase 2 is a residential and commercial properties development, which occupies a site area of approximately 42,566 sq.m. and a planned GFA of approximately 222,299 sq.m. as at 30 September 2018. Buildings planned in this project include 3-rise office buildings, 6-reis residential buildings, shops, parking lots and so on which are held for future development. The project design takes  office requirements of the enterprises in the Greater Bay Area and the living needs of the middle and high level talents into full considerations. Through product optimization and innovation, as well as the adoption of intelligence technology, the surrounding rivers are designed into ecological landscape creatively, which contributes to the model of intelligent human settlements in Tonghu, Huizhou in the future.
